Retention Coordinator

Humanitary Medical Center is looking for an experienced and friendly Bilingual (Spanish / English) Retention Coordinator that enjoy helping others, have a welcoming demeanor and can work in a fast-paced environment. We are actively interviewing, and our team is waiting for the right candidate! 

Job duties: The following duties are illustrative and not exhaustive.

• Contact patients via phone calls, text messages, and emails to encourage continued engagement with the medical practice.

• Identify reasons for patient dissatisfaction or disengagement and provide appropriate solutions to improve patient retention.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with patients by providing excellent customer service and personalized support.

• Address patient concerns, questions, and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain accurate patient records, communication notes, and follow-up documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Assist with implementing retention strategies and patient satisfaction initiatives.

• Meet established performance goals related to patient retention, patient satisfaction, and appointment scheduling.

• Contacts patients with information regarding tests ordered by a provider as necessary.
• Assists supervisor as directed to maintain daily flow in the department.

• Must be bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English
