Responsibilities
路 Review and audit all daily cashier shifts and provide recurring training as necessary.
路 Review and audit supervisor drawer to ensure proper cash levels are on hand and balance.
路 Establish and coordinate cashier/ambassador schedules, when requested including lunch breaks.
路 Work closely with all the supervisors and management to ensure staffing levels and replacement requirements are met.
路 Establish and maintain supply inventories for all aspects of the Plaza and Economy operations including ticket replenishment, service supplies and maintenance.
路 Report and discuss daily activity and incidents with the relief supervisor to ensure all relevant events of the day are covered at the beginning and end of shifts.
路 Ensure that customer service is at 100% by all employees in their charge.
Qualifications
路 Must have 6 months of previous supervisory experience
路 Must have strong customer services skills
路 Conduct themselves in a professional and accommodating manor, lead by example and ensure that the moral of the employees is at its highest
路 Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft word and excel
路 Must be flexible to work all shifts, including overnights, holidays and weekends
路 HS diploma or equivalent
路 Valid Florida Driver license
