This role is responsible for leading Lean Business Transformation by developing and deploying Lean Business System standards across the organization to improve operational performance.
- Drive operational process rigor in Patient Services, Logistics, Laboratories and more across regions/functions.
- Develop Lean Initiative roadmaps to improve productivity and costs across operational business processes and sub-processes.
- Lead local teams and kaizen events in applying lean principles across multiple functions to transform the organization as a continuous improvement culture.

This is a Hybrid position. The incumbent must reside in a commutable distance to one of our offices in Tampa, FL, Tucker, GA, Greensboro, NC and Miramar, FL.Â
