What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Installation Department to ensure timely and accurate HVAC installations
• Provide excellent customer service, listen to customer concerns, and proactively solve problems
• Analyze work orders, follow daily schedules, and complete jobs according to company standards
• Request necessary parts and equipment for each job and ensure the truck is properly loaded
• Document work performed in accordance with company procedures
• Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards
• Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and appearance
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

What You Bring

• Basic HVAC knowledge (required)
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods
• Physical dexterity to perform hands-on work safely and efficiently
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
