Working with the University Controllers Office and Student Accounting Services to provide office support. 

Schedule: Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Will work around class schedule but work cannot be scheduled in conflict with classes. Must provide a copy of your class schedule.  Must provide a copy of FY2027 FWS award.

Responsibilities

  • Customer service – assisting students and their families with student account inquiries via phone and in-person.
  • Indexing and scanning documents
  • Data entry support 
  • Maintaining shared email boxes
  • Perform general clerical duties and special projects as assigned.  

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable and punctual. Candidate must demonstrate general office skills.

Qualifications

  • USF Students must have been awarded Federal Work Study for the 2026 – 2027 school year and be available to work on campus. 
  • Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with good customer service skills.
