As a TicketĀ Checker, you will play an essential role in creating an experience of a lifetime for our guests on the Lift Experience Team. The Lift Experience Teamās mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end-to-end experience from maze entrance to lift unloading.Ā AsĀ aĀ TicketĀ Checker, you will primarily work in the lift mazes by greeting guests by name andĀ validatingĀ their access every time. You will play a unique role at our resorts by providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring our products' integrity.Ā Ā Ā Ā

Job Responsibilities:Ā Ā

Deliver premium guest service by providing information andĀ assistanceĀ with a smileĀ

Validate tickets to ensure our guests have their own valid product before loading our liftsĀ

Work cooperatively with Lift Operators and other teams to ensure lift lines are safely managed and lifts are loaded efficientlyĀ

Maintain and secure departmental equipment - scan devices, radios,Ā etc.Ā

Escalate issues to leadership as they arise, from safety to productsĀ

Must be able to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for entireĀ

The expected pay range isĀ $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
