Reports To: Assistant General Manager

FLSA Status: Non – Exempt

Job Description 

Our service staff works on a part-time basis throughout the year and are essential team players when it comes to achieving our goals! Special events you can anticipate serving to include, Weddings, Social events such as private parties and corporate affairs. As all our events are unique and meaningful to our clients, we expect our team to provide only the highest level of customer service. 

● Ability to follow directions as provided by the Lead Event Staff and Management Team 

● Perform set-up and tear down of guest tables (including linens, place settings, etc.) and various food stations & displays 

● Ability to stand for long periods of time; includes carrying/lifting trays and catering equipment (up to 50lbs) 

● Maintain knowledge of and comply with all company policies, procedures, and service standards 

● Ability to anticipate guest's needs and responding promptly in a professional manner 

● Flexible schedule; includes days, nights, weekends, and some holidays 

● Banquet serving experience is not required, but preferred
