About the Opportunity

Horne Mazda Tempe is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Service Cashier to join our Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

The Service Cashier plays an important role in helping customers complete the service process by handling payments, invoices, cashiering transactions, and general customer support.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
  
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
  
• Prepare and process service invoices and receipts
  
• Assist customers with questions regarding their service invoices
  
• Maintain accurate cashier and transaction records
  
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and other departments as needed
  
• Answer phones and assist with general customer inquiries
  
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming service cashier area
  
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer's visit
  

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience preferred
  
• Cash-handling or cashier experience preferred
  
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  
• Comfortable working with computers and basic office systems
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
