Position Summary JB Dental Lab is seeking an experienced Crown & Bridge Designer to join our innovative and fast-paced digital support and design team. In this role, you will leverage advanced CAD software such as EXOCAD or 3Shape to create high-quality dental prosthetics that meet precise functional and aesthetic standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret dental prescriptions accurately while delivering timely revisions, repairs, and adjustments. As part of a collaborative, family-oriented environment, you will work closely with technicians and clinicians to ensure efficient production, exceptional quality control, and outstanding client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to one of the nation’s most advanced, U.S.-based dental laboratories and play a key role in delivering best-in-class dental solutions.   Key Responsibilities Utilize CAD software to design crowns, bridges and other dental appliances with high accuracy and precision. Handle revisions, repairs and adjustments in a timely manner Perform quality control checks on designs to ensure that they meet the necessary standards Follow detailed instructions from senior technicians and dentists to ensure that all designs are created properly.
