Test Technician, Senior

We are looking for a Test Technician to join our Rempe facility, AZ, that will work under general supervision, performs relatively routine tasks related to the testing of raw materials, manufactured products or manufacturing processes.

Location: Tempe - AZ

Salary Range: $25.38 - 30.00 Hourly. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Arizona. Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.


Your Challenge: ​

  • Use test procedures, investigate and analyze test failures.

  • Document the review and evaluation of in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective action as appropriate.

  • Work with established test procedures.

  • Provide assistance in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, equipment and process improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Problem-solving skills and decisive knowledge of appropriate testing methods.

  • Comfortable with industry-specific testing equipment

  • Knowledge of testing equipment maintenance

  • Understands the importance of product quality and compliance to health and safety procedures.

  • +5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
