Prepares clinical and progress notes. Assists the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques. Confers with case manager or clinical supervisor regarding changes in patient’s condition and needs.To qualify for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), with us: Must have graduated from an approved school of Practical Nursing. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Indiana. Must have one year of nursing experience. Licensed Practical Nursing curriculum must have included a pharmacology course.
