We’re looking for a Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team!
- Are you an experienced maintenance professional ready to step in, tackle critical projects, and make an immediate impact?
- Mosaic is seeking a Temporary Facility Maintenance Specialist for an urgent 90-to-120-day assignment in Terre Haute.
- In this role, you will lead high-priority health, safety, and regulatory compliance maintenance projects across our residential properties.

What YOU’LL do:
- Target High-Priority Safety Projects: Resolve critical maintenance, health, and safety tasks to keep our facilities and homes safe, fully operational, and compliant with state licensure regulations.
- General Repairs & Upkeep: Perform plumbing, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and general repairs across agency properties.
- Contractor & Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external contractors for major electrical, fire sprinkler, alarm, and specialized repairs.
- Grounds & Fleet Maintenance: Assist with keeping property grounds hazard-free and maintaining agency vehicles.

Qualifications
What YOU’LL Need:
- A passion to help others
- Minimum of one year experience in maintenance work
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about any challenges or questions.Â
- Valid driver’s license
