This is an opportunity to step into an established aesthetic practice with an established patient base.

OnCall Medical Aesthetics Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for an experienced RN Nurse Injector to join a busy, well-established aesthetic, wellness and functional medicine practice in Texarkana.

The practice is seeking an advanced injector who is ready to step into an active schedule, build lasting patient relationships and continue growing an already successful aesthetic program.

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is not an entry-level injector position.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years of independent injecting experience, with 3–4+ years strongly preferred

• Advanced proficiency with neurotoxins and dermal fillers

• Strong facial assessment and full-face balancing skills

• Experience treating the temples, midface, jawline, jaw, chin, lips and perioral region

• Experience with Sculptra or comparable biostimulators

• Excellent consultation, treatment-planning and patient education skills

• The clinical judgment to recognize and appropriately manage aesthetic complications

• A relationship-driven approach and genuine interest in patient outcomes

⚡ LASER & ENERGY-BASED EXPERIENCE

Strong hands-on experience with aesthetic technology is highly valued, including:

• Laser hair removal

• IPL / photofacials

• Fractional or resurfacing lasers

• Q-switched / pigment-treatment technologies

• RF microneedling and other energy-based devices

Experience with additional treatment areas and modalities is a plus.
