Location: The Villages, FL | Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team in The Villages, FL. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent patient care, working as part of a supportive team, and continuing to grow their skills in dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials

• Take dental X-rays as permitted by Florida regulations

• Educate patients and help create a comfortable, positive experience

• Maintain proper sterilization and infection-control standards

• Accurately document patient information and treatment

• Support the clinical team to keep the schedule running efficiently

• Assist with additional clinical and office responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented

• Organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Applicable certifications/expanded functions are a plus
