Villages Premier Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team!

What You'll Do

• Greet patients with a warm, welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.

• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and confirmations.

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions.

• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions.

• Collect payments, discuss balances, and help maintain accurate patient accounts.

• Maintain accurate patient records and information.

• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience.

• Help keep the schedule productive and the front office running efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental front desk experience preferred.

• Familiarity with dental insurance, scheduling, and patient accounts.

• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• A friendly, dependable, and positive attitude.

• Someone who takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving, and works well with a team.

• A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of the practice.
