Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience

- Present menus, answer questions about dishes and wine pairings, and make recommendations

- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff

- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation standards are met

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any special requests or concerns

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, silverware, and glassware

- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with restaurant policies

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tables simultaneously

- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing is preferred

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
