  • The HR Co-Ordinator is integral to ensuring the delivery of a streamlined, compliant, and customer-oriented HR Operations service. This position involves maintaining precise workforce data and employee records, supporting statutory reporting needs, coordinating learning and development administration, and providing operational assistance across various HR processes. The role is a 6-7 month contract with a local authority, offering a rate of £21.23 per hour under an umbrella arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately create, update, and manage employee records within HR systems.
  • Ensure workforce data complies with data protection laws, records management standards, and organizational policies.
  • Conduct regular data quality assessments, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Support data cleansing efforts to keep workforce information current and accurate.
  • Maintain records and trackers related to sickness absence, workforce demographics, agency workers, fixed-term contracts, and establishment data.
  • Generate and verify workforce information to aid in reporting and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative, HR, systems, or business support role within local authorities.
  • Proven ability to maintain records and databases with precision.
  • Skilled in extracting, analyzing, and reporting data from systems.
  • Experience in producing reports, statistics, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
  • Relevant administrative or business support qualification, or equivalent experience.
Additional Information

  • Working hours: 37 hours per week
  • Interviews will be conducted onsite at Runnymede Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey, KT152AH, United Kingdom.
  • Work pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
  • Payment is on a bi-weekly schedule.
