The Regional Manager will be responsible for the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional Judgement Free member experience as well as a financially successful market of 5 to 6 clubs. The Regional Manager will be accountable for leading a team of General Managers and their employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development.Anticipated responsibilities outlined below.Duties & Responsibilities Club Atmosphere Build, manage, and uphold Planet Fitness and Easy Mile Fitness core values and culture for each club Ensure each club has a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests through fantastic customer service Monitor and facilitate the resolution of all customer complaints in a timely manner Club Performance Ensure operations level KPIs are being met or exceeded to provide best-in-class operations Identify areas of opportunity in each club and develop action plans to make the needed improvements. Escalate facility and maintenance issues as necessary to ensure timely completion of all requests. Employee Development Manage club staffing for each club location including recruiting, hiring, and training staff across General Managers, Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, and Trainers. Oversee staff development including leading and participating in General Manager and Assistant General Manager summits Ensure that all Planet Fitness and Easy Mile Fitness policies and procedures are upheld Qualifications: Qualifications/Requirements Must have minimum 1 year of managerial experience in a customer facing retail environment. Hours are mostly Monday thru Friday: 9am 7pm Comfortable working a flexible schedule such as nights and weekend club visits as needed Must be able to travel and handle overnight trips Backup support for any Management on Vacation or out for any reason Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) A High School Diploma Or Equivalent required A Bachelor's Degree or four years supervisor or manager experience preferred Current CPR Certification required or willingness to get certified upon hire A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Physical Requirements: Ability to talk and hear, sit, stand, and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds.
