Department:             Corporate Finance               

Reports to:                 Chief Finance Officer

Overview

Providefuel for investments (funding + liquidity). Leads the Group’s Treasury function, responsible for shaping treasurystrategy, optimizing liquidity, overseeing risk, and ensuring alignment ofcash, financing, and investment policies with Group objectives. Acts asdecision-maker on treasury strategy in full alignment with Group CFO.

MainResponsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Oversight

-     Develop and manage strategies, operations, policies,and budgets relating to treasury activities.

-    Directs development and revision of financial policiesfor capital structure.

-   Provide strategic advice to executive management oncapital allocation, funding, and investment decisions.

- Mentor and guide Senior Treasury Funding Specialists,and Junior Specialist to deliver high-quality operational results.

-       Assist CFO on any ad-hoc project/assignment

Banking & Financing Strategy

-          Maintain relationships with banks, lenders, andfinancial institutions.

-    Approve financing structures and terms negotiated bySenior Treasury Specialists and the Supervisor.

-        Oversee strategic debt, credit facilities, andinvestment decisions.

Money Market Investments

-        Set strategic direction for short-term and long-terminvestments.

-       Evaluate and approve investment opportunities andfinancial instruments recommended by the team.

-        Monitor performance of investment portfolios andprovide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

-          Bachelor’s degreein business or finance required. CFA certificate is highly preferred, or master’sdegree in business/finance is also preferred.

-          Knowledge ofinvestment portfolio products, banking, and financial instruments.

-          At least 7 yearsof progressive experience in Banking, Finance and/or Accounting with a strong emphasis on the Financial Analysis and/or Treasuryfunctions.

-          At least 3 yearsof management experience.

-          Excellent commandof English language

-          Must have strong analytical/quantitative skills andexperience with a multi-site organization.

-          Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.

-          Experience in building complex financial models toevaluate various financial plans.

-          Experience in presenting and preparing proposals andrecommendations

-          Strongly result oriented

-          Excellent capacities in teamwork

-          Enhanced presentation skills
