RANDALLTitusville Electrical Division is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, andcareer-driven Project Coordinator / Administrative tosupport the successful delivery of large-scale commercial electricalconstruction projects along the Space Coast of Florida from our officein Titusville.  Experience in Commercial Construction / Electrical projects is required.

 

PositionSummary:

We areseeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative ProjectCoordinator to join our team, supporting the management and execution of amulti-million-dollar project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactiveindividual who is eager to grow in the field of construction projectcoordination by supporting senior project managers in day-to-day project administrativeoperations.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in the coordination, planning, and monitoring of large-scale projects from the jobsite.
  • Badging as needed, generating and track material purchase orders, maintain safety certification records for all jobsite manpower.
  • Coordinate the collection and timely submission of weekly timesheets for on-site personnel.
  • Support project managers by maintaining project schedule, documentation, and key deliverables.
  • Track project milestones, progress, and budget allocations, ensuring alignment with organization objectives.
  • Prepare reports and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain project filing systems, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate logistics for project meetings, site visits, and team activities.
  • Assist with risk management documentation and compliance reporting. 

Desired Qualification Requirements andAttributes:

  • Experience in construction / electrical projects is required.
  • Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Accounting is preferred.
  • Excellentorganizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strongnumerical, analytical, and reporting abilities.
  • Effectiveverbal and written communication skills.
  • Abilityto work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Priorinternship or administrative experience in project coordination orconstruction/engineering sectors is a plus.
  • Abilityto manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Team-OrientedMindset: Ability to support multiple stakeholders and contribute to acollaborative work environment.
  • ProblemSolving: Quick to identify administrative and logistical challenges, offeringsolutions proactively.
  • Adaptability:Comfortable with shifting priorities and tight deadlines for a large-scaleproject.
  • Confidentiality& Professionalism: Handle sensitive financial and project informationresponsibly.
  • Abilityto pass a thorough background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily an office position and, assuch, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift lightobjects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objectsweighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day. Youmust also be able to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required bythe job.
