At Allen Industries, we build the signs and architectural products seen across the country. We're looking for a skilled Lead Letter Fabricator to lead by example, produce exceptional work, and help drive the success of our fabrication team.

This is more than a fabrication role. You'll combine hands-on craftsmanship with team leadership, quality control, and production coordination to help deliver outstanding products safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily activities within the Letter Fabrication Department
• Assign and coordinate work to meet production schedules
• Fabricate and assemble channel letters and illuminated signage
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and shop specifications
• Perform welding, assembly, wiring, and LED installation
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Train and support fabrication team members
• Promote and enforce safety standards throughout the department

What We're Looking For

• Experience in channel letter fabrication, sign manufacturing, or metal fabrication
• Strong welding and fabrication skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Safety-focused mindset and strong work ethic
