Plant Maintenance - Greaser & Oiler

JOB SUMMARY

Toledo Ice Cream has an immediate job opening for a General Maintenance Worker that will be responsible for lubricating machinery and performing preventive maintenance on equipment and tools.

OUR GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKERS MAKE:

• $28.16 /hour starting rate + $0.50/hr shift differential for overnight shift

SCHEDULE:

3rd shift (1 opening): Sun-Thurs 8-hr shift, 11pm-7:30am

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of related experience with production machinery, whether acquired in-company or elsewhere, highly preferred. 
• Thorough understanding of machines and tools being used. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to wear safety shoes, hearing protection, respirators, face shields, and additional personal protective equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods standing, crouching, bending, climbing, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling in order to perform job. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
