Fabrication Technician

Thermo King West is one of North America’s largest and most respected dealerships in the critical transport refrigeration space. Job Description Fabricate subframes, hitch packages, and assemblies required for the mounting of truck bodies, aerial devices, Service cranes, and/or other utility equipment. Read shop instructions, order steel, communicate with supervisors and other techs. Prepare trucks for additional upfit as necessary. Inspect work during and after fabrication to ensure quality. Ensure trucks have been completely fabricated to customer spec prior to sending out for paint.  Must be certified or able to be certified in the following weld processes and positions: FCAW and GMAW: 1F, 2F, 3F, 4F, 1G, 2G, 3G, & 4G.
