RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and direct site operations to deliver safe, environmentally sound, cost-effective production and shipment of quality products
  • Support business strategy and develop site-level strategies to meet customer needs and community expectations
  • Allocate local resources and set internal priorities to optimize plant profitability and meet market demands
  • Promote a culture of safety, health, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement
  • Drive waste minimization through reduction, reuse, and recycling initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all internal/external standards, including RC14001, ISO9001, FSSC22000, and ISO50001
  • Set, track, and achieve business goals, objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics
  • Coach and develop line managers and leadership teams
  • Ensure resources to maintain product quality, plant reliability, and sustained capacity
  • Oversee budgets, capital, costs, assets, inventories, and project systems to ensure efficient operations


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Chemical Engineering preferred)
  • Experience in process engineering
  • Proven supervisory/people leadership experience
  • 8–10 years of production/manufacturing management experience
  • Experience working in a union environment strongly preferred; contract negotiation experience strongly preferred
  • Process Safety Management (PSM) experience in highly hazardous environments preferred

COMPENSATION DETAILS

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. (Specific rate to be determined, but not limited to, geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).

Pay Range: $138,200 - $230,300
