You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Requirements
路 Independently licensed in the State of Kansas (LCPC, LCMFT, LSCSW or Psychologist)
路 Fluent in Spanish
路 Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
路 Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
路 Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
If you do not possess a training listed above, R3 is happy to provide you with training at no cost.
