What you'll do

  • Respondto service calls, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolving systemissues
  • Performpreventive and corrective maintenance under service contracts
  • Calibrategas detection sensors
  • Participatein project commissioning activities
  • Programcontrollers and control systems
  • Configureand integrate network communications
  • Providetechnical support and advice to clients
  • Applybuilding automation and control best practices while ensuring compliance withhealth and safety standards and industry best practices

Must have

  • College diploma (DEC) in Building Mechanics,Industrial Electronics, Computerized Systems, Electrical Engineering, oranother related field; an equivalent combination of education and relevantexperience will also be considered

Your Skills

  • Programming skills
  • Knowledge of text-based programming languages(BASIC, C++, GCL)
  • Strong ability to work independently andeffectively organize workload and priorities
  • Customer service oriented with a collaborativeapproach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Intermediate proficiency in both French andEnglish, spoken and written, with the ability to interact regularly withEnglish-speaking stakeholders, including suppliers, colleagues, and businesspartners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and write technical notes anddocumentation
  • Construction Health and Safety Certification(General Health and Safety on Construction Sites)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence
