What You’ll Do
As a Production Specialist, you’ll be at the center of our operations, making sure clients get exactly what they need—accurately and on time. You’ll manage requests from start to finish, working cross-functionally to ensure every order meets our quality standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process incoming physical and digital records
• Review documents for accuracy and make corrections as needed
• Prepare records for processing and delivery
• Ship out documents via UPS & USPS
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues
• Ensure all orders are properly documented
• Provide daily completion totals and explain any backlog
