Are you confident managing behaviors, creating engaging programs, and keeping youth safe?  Program Leaders at Large are experienced ARC team members who are selected to step into programs across the region when additional support is needed.  You’ll have the opportunity to work with different age groups, experience different program sites, learn from a variety of teams, and become someone programs can count on when they need support  What You Can Expect  $23/hour  Up to 25 hours of work each week  Scheduled to work 5 days a week on a Program Leader schedule, including prep time  Opportunities to work with different age groups and teams  Experience that can prepare you for future leadership opportunities  We're Looking For Someone Who Can  Jump into a new environment and get to work  Create engaging programs and manage behaviors  Maintain student safety and active supervision  Build relationships quickly  Adapt to different teams, sites, and age groups  Take initiative and be someone programs can count on  Can work Mon-Fri 1 PM-6 PM  If you like variety, enjoy a challenge, and are ready to take your Program Leader experience to the next level, we want to hear from you!  QualificationsArc is an equal opportunity employer.
