As a Production Support Technician, you'll help troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, improve production processes, support new product introductions, and work on projects that improve efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day production operations Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues Assist with process improvements Develop work instructions and SOPs Analyze production performance data Support product launches and implementation activities Assist with tooling and fixture improvements Participate in continuous improvement projects Preferred Experience Manufacturing Production supervision Industrial engineering technician work Process improvement Quality systems CAD or drafting
