About Us
Perspire Sauna Studio Middletown is a premium wellness studio specializing in infrared sauna and red light therapy. We’re passionate about helping our community discover the benefits of consistent wellness routines through education, personalized service, and exceptional guest experiences.
We’re seeking an outgoing, creative, and self-motivated individual to help grow our studio through membership sales, social media content creation, and local community outreach.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work directly with studio ownership, develop valuable marketing skills, and make a measurable impact on a growing local business.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Guest Experience
- Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional studio experience.
- Educate guests about our services, wellness benefits, and membership options.
- Conduct studio tours and convert introductory guests into recurring members.
- Follow up with prospective members and support membership sales initiatives.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, prepare suites, and assist with daily operations.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Collaborate directly with studio ownership to develop educational and promotional content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Plan and coordinate dedicated weekly filming sessions with one of our owners.
- Develop content calendars, talking points, filming schedules, and shot lists.
- Take ownership of production timelines, proactively coordinating with ownership to keep filming, editing, approvals, and publishing on schedule.
- Film and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other educational wellness videos.
- Create captions, schedule posts, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Monitor engagement and content performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Community Outreach & Grassroots Marketing
- Identify and develop relationships with local businesses, fitness studios, wellness professionals, and community organizations.
- Support business-to-business marketing initiatives, cross-promotions, and referral partnerships.
- Coordinate and participate in local tabling events, community gatherings, and promotional activations.
- Help organize outreach campaigns to introduce Perspire to new audiences throughout the Middletown and surrounding Monmouth County communities.
- Distribute promotional materials, introduce studio offerings, and generate qualified leads through face-to-face engagement.
- Track outreach activity, partnership opportunities, and leads generated from community marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, personable, and confident communicating with new people.
- Strong sales instincts and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Experience creating and editing social media content, particularly short-form video.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing deadlines.
- Willingness to represent our studio at local businesses and community events.
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and healthy living.
- Previous sales, hospitality, marketing, or content creation experience preferred.
