Sonic Summary

The College is seeking qualified applicants to teach future sections in Audio Engineering or related disciplines.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Audio Engineering, Communication, or a related field, along with studio and live recording experience.
A strong knowledge of audio recording concepts and techniques is essential, as well as the ability to teach multitrack mixing.
Prior teaching experience is preferred, and familiarity with Monmouth County and its communities is a plus.
The pay rate for this position is $985 per credit hour.

Overview

The College seeks to build a pool of qualified applicants to teach future sections.

Teach courses in subject matter as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Master’s Degree in Audio Engineering, Communication or related discipline. Studio and Live recording experience required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Must have strong knowledge of concepts and techniques of audio recording and ability to teach students the basics of music and media production, with an emphasis on multitrack mixing.

Preferred Qualifications & Special Considerations:

Prior teaching experience preferred.Knowledge of Monmouth County and its communities
