How you'll make an impact
- Process COBRA enrollments and terminations
- Respond to participant and client inquiries via email
- Assist with COBRA payment processing
- Create, audit, and distribute reports
- Maintain trackers and accurate records
- Support Open Enrollment activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with COBRA guidelines and confidentiality standards

About You
Required: High School diploma or equivalent + minimum of 4-5 years related experience.
Preferred:Â
- Customer service experience required; employee benefits experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC applications
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
