Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented COBRA Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting COBRA administration by processing enrollments, terminations, payments, reporting, and participant inquiries while ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

 


How you'll make an impact

 
  • Process COBRA enrollments and terminations
  • Respond to participant and client inquiries via email
  • Assist with COBRA payment processing
  • Create, audit, and distribute reports
  • Maintain trackers and accurate records
  • Support Open Enrollment activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with COBRA guidelines and confidentiality standards

 

 


About You

Required: High School diploma or equivalent + minimum of 4-5 years related experience.

Preferred: 

  • Customer service experience required; employee benefits experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC applications
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
