We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support customers and field technicians by providing technical troubleshooting, scheduling service work, and coordinating solutions across departments. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems of corrugated machinery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to customer and technician calls regarding electrical and mechanical service issues.
Participate in an after‑hours on‑call rotation, typically one week at a time, depending on team size.
Schedule machinery installations and service visits.
Occasionally travel to assist with equipment evaluation, installation, or troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Engineering to resolve customer issues.
Support the Parts Department with technical questions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
Strong understanding of PLC‑based machinery controls.
Preferred experience with Allen‑Bradley (Rockwell) and Siemens PLC platforms.
Bonus: Knowledge of Omron controls.
Experience with corrugated equipment is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
