We are hiring Assistant Director Of Nursing  Posts for a hospital located in Tralee, Ireland.


  Responsibilities
  • Ensure the maintenance of patient safety at all times.
  •  Maintenance of effective throughput of patients within the service.
  •   Ensuring that workloads are arranged in a manner that maximises the use of resources.
  •  Analysing, monitoring and forecasting trends relevant to the service
  • Direct and active participation in service planning, implementation and evaluation in overall resource management of the service, including continuous quality audit and performance measurements
  •   Ensuring the application of best practice including the generation of action plans to continuously improve the provision of services.


Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current NMBI registration

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven experience in acute care management

  • BSc in Nursing or higher qualification desirable

  • Management qualification desirable

  • Proven experience in change management and resource management

  • Strong skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and quality and safety management

  • Experience in operational planning and service delivery

  • Excellent computer and IT skills
