Sales Manager

Viridian Staffing’sclient, a rapidly growing cannabis company in New Jersey, is seeking anexperienced Sales Manager to lead theirsales efforts and drive product growth within the state. This role will requirea strong combination of sales strategy, market analysis, and team leadership.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible foroverseeing a small sales team, managing key relationships with dispensaryowners, and driving market penetration for your cannabis products. Your rolewill also include analyzing market trends, adjusting sales strategies, andworking closely with the field marketing team to ensure alignment withpromotional activities.

The ideal candidatewill have 4+ years of experience in sales management, ideally within NewJersey’s cannabis market, and a strong network of established contacts in theNortheast. You will lead a team of 2-3 sales representatives, helping them meetand exceed their sales targets, while also contributing to the overall salesstrategy. Your ability to manage the sales process from product launch todelivery, as well as your ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies,will be key to success in this role.

In addition to yourleadership responsibilities, you will represent the company at key industryevents, working with the marketing team to create training materials forbudtenders and other promotional content. You will collaborate closely withyour team to manage inventory, ensure product availability, and maintain strongrelationships with dispensary clients. Your previous direct reports would sayyou have the ability to inspire and  motivate through your lead by example management style.

CompensationRange: $80,000-$150,000/year
