Pay & Schedule

• Starting Base Pay: $20.00/hour

• Night Shift Differential: Additional 10% 

• Daily Overtime: Base Pay x 1.5 for hours worked beyond 10 in a day

• Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

• Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts

  • Week 1: Work 3 days

  • Week 2: Work 4 days

What You'll Be Doing

As a Processing Technician, you'll be an important part of our production team, helping manufacture high-quality graphite products using specialized purification and coating processes.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Operating and monitoring specialized manufacturing equipment

• Loading, unloading, and preparing materials for processing

• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met

• Recording production information and monitoring equipment performance

• Assisting with equipment setup, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting

• Working alongside experienced team members to learn technical processes

• Supporting other production departments as needed

• Following established safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy learning, and want to be part of a dependable team.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required

• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and technical skills

• Basic math skills and good attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Ability to work safely around industrial equipment, chemicals, gases, and high-temperature processes while wearing required PPE

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with nontoxic graphite

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team
