ESPAÑOL MINISTRY WORSHIP DIRECTOR (TROY CAMPUS)

Woodside Bible Church is seeking a gifted, spiritually mature Español Ministry Worship Director to lead worship for our Español congregation at the Troy Campus. This role partners closely with the Español Teaching Pastor to create Christ-centered worship experiences that encourage meaningful congregational engagement and reflect Woodside's worship philosophy.

This is a part-time, hourly position working approximately 10 hours per week. Membership and active participation at Woodside Bible Church are required.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary worship leader for weekly Woodside Español services.
• Partner with the Español Teaching Pastor to plan engaging, Christ-centered worship experiences.
• Select music, prepare service plans, and coordinate weekly rehearsals.
• Recruit, schedule, encourage, and develop volunteer musicians.
• Cultivate a worship team culture marked by spiritual growth, humility, collaboration, and excellence.
• Collaborate with Woodside Worship and Production staff to maintain alignment with church-wide standards and resources.

What We're Looking For

• A growing follower of Jesus with a heart for worship and serving the local church.
• Strong vocal and musical ability; proficiency in guitar or piano preferred.
• Previous worship leadership experience in a church or ministry setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead, encourage, and develop volunteer musicians.
• Strong relational, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Alignment with Woodside's mission, values, Statement of Faith, and philosophy of worship.
