Resident Safety: Lead fall prevention initiatives, incident investigations, and safety interventions. Quality & Compliance: Conduct clinical audits, safety rounds, and regulatory compliance reviews. Staff Development: Coach, mentor, and support nursing personnel to strengthen clinical performance. Quality Improvement: Participate in QAPI initiatives and implement improvements to resident care and safety. Clinical Oversight: Monitor care plans, safety assessments, and resident care practices. Leadership Support: Assist with direct resident care as needed, participate in assigned on-call coverage, and assume DON responsibilities when necessary. Qualifications Active North Carolina RN license required. Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of resident safety, regulatory compliance, and clinical best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively lead and support a nursing team.
