As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping children develop the functional, sensory, fine motor, and daily living skills needed for success at home, school, and in everyday life. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals. Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, physicians, educators, and fellow clinicians. Provide caregiver education and home program recommendations. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and care coordination. Recommend adaptive equipment and support discharge planning when appropriate. Qualifications Required Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Current Occupational Therapy license. Ability to pass applicable background screenings.  Preferred Pediatric therapy experience. Experience working with developmental delays or disabilities. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Why Join RISE?
