As Logistics Manager, you’ll build and coach a driver crew, own the details that keep deliveries accurate and on time, and set the tone for how we show up for kids and schools. What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and direct the daily driver team, emphasizing safety and service.
- Train and onboard new drivers; support hiring for logistics roles.
- Run daily audits of dollies, receiving logs, thermometer logs, and vehicles.
- Maintain driver logs, vehicle documentation, and compliance records.
- Also perform Driver/Server duties, including driving and deliveries.
- Promote an accountable, team-oriented culture aligned with company values.
What We’re Looking For
- 21 or older with a valid Arizona driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Food Handler’s Card, or able to obtain within 5 days of hire.
- Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ DPS), required for school-site access.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1.5 years of customer-service experience.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills; detail-oriented and dependable.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) and prior training/onboarding experience preferred.
