Job DetailsJob Location: Arizona Rehab Campus - Tucson - Tucson, AZ 85715The Transitional Housing Support Staff provides direct support and oversight to residents participating in the Transitional Housing Program. This position promotes a safe, structured, and recovery-focused living environment while assisting residents in developing independent living skills, maintaining sobriety, and progressing toward long-term stability.  Support Staff serve as a positive role model, reinforce program expectations, document services accurately, and ensure compliance with all organizational, state, and regulatory requirements.    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Resident Support & Supervision  Monitor resident activities to ensure a safe and structured environment.  Enforce house rules, curfews, and program expectations consistently and respectfully.  Conduct regular house checks and document observations.  Perform random drug and alcohol screenings as assigned.  Provide supportive coaching related to life skills, employment, and recovery goals.  Assist residents with conflict resolution and problem-solving.  Report concerns, incidents, or behavioral issues to supervisory staff promptly.  Documentation & Compliance  Complete accurate and timely shift notes, incident reports, and required logs.  Maintain documentation in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.  Ensure all required forms are completed and submitted per protocol.  Protect resident confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.  Program Operations  Conduct intake orientation for new residents when assigned.  Support transportation coordination as needed.  Assist with room checks, cleanliness inspections, and inventory management.  Participate in team meetings and trainings.  Support emergency response procedures when necessary.  Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required  Minimum two (2) years of experience in related field preferred  Valid Arizona Driver’s License with acceptable 36 month driving record   CPR/FA Certification – to be obtained within first 30 days  Fingerprint Clearance Card – have current card or show proof of applying within 7 days from hire date  Handle with Care – to be obtained within first 30 days  Successful clearance of pre-employment criminal/county/state background check  Successful clearance of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing  Successful clearance of TB PPD testing upon hire and annual screening of TB symptoms  Attending clinical oversight with BHP once every 2 weeks worked for a minimum of 2 sessions per month.  Additional Notes:  America’s Rehab Campus’s is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug free workplace, and complies with Veteran and ADA regulations as applicable.
