Location: Central London(Hybrid, 3 days a week on site, 2 days from home)

Programme Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to a large-scaleThird Party Risk Management (TPRM) Transformation Programme. The programme isestablished, fast-paced, and focused on driving process simplification,automation.

Role Responsibilities

Candidates should demonstrate experience in:-

Managing complex transformation workstreams within large organisations.
Coordinating delivery activities and ensuring milestones remain on track.
Producing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, governance packs, and status reporting.
Managing stakeholder engagement across senior business and programme leadership teams.
Escalating risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately.
Supporting programme governance and providing regular updates to sponsors and workstream leads.
Driving actions through to completion in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience of:

Risk, controls, governance, compliance, procurement, supplier management, or third-party risk programmes.
Policy and procedure redesign.
Process simplification and operational transformation.
Requirements gathering and automation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Strong Project Manager with experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
Excellent organisation, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
Financial services experience preferred.
Strong communication and executive reporting capabilities.
