Job Description The Installer is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of all our products at the job site according to our procedures and to the customer鈥檚 satisfaction. Responsibilities 路 Successfully demo, replace and/or expand tub or shower, install all new plumbing valves, PEX, new fixtures, new acrylic wall surrounds. Projects may also include new luxury vinyl flooring, cabinets, countertops, some drywall work/repair - so Installers must have a well rounded construction background. 路 Adhere to all ZINTEX Remodeling Group's installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services. 路 Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers. 路 Respect customers' property and leave the work area clean. 路 Always maintain a professional appearance when on a project in our customer's home. 路 Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new tub/shower. 路 Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos. #ZTXBG Qualifications路 Possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education. 路 Possess 2+ years of carpentry, trim carpentry, construction or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level & combination square. 路 Valid driver鈥檚 license, reliable transportation, and maintain a good driving record. * 路 Basic plumbing knowledge preferred. * * 路 Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.). * 路 Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds. 路 Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure. 路 Possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. 路 Possess reasoning ability enabling you to understand and carry out detailed written, illustrated or oral instructions. 路 Problem solver. 路 Personal Enclosed Trailer preferred; but not required. 路 Work Independently 路 Solid work ethic. Experience with one the following is a plus: 路 Carpentry 路 Ceramic tile 路 Floor coverings 路 Light plumbing 路 General remodeling
