This is not a “just fill in” role. We’re looking for a doctor who can take the lead on cases, connect with clients, and confidently perform surgery. We would like someone who enjoys being hands-on and making a real impact from day one.

What You’ll Do

· Deliver compassionate care across a wide range of small animal cases

· Perform routine soft tissue surgeries independently and efficiently (surgery skills required)

· Build trust with clients through clear and compassionate communication

· Step in seamlessly and keep the day running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

· DVM or equivalent with an active (or eligible) Oklahoma license

· Strong GP experience and clinical confidence

· Proven surgical proficiency—this is a must

· Adaptability, reliability, and a team-first attitude

· Someone who enjoys jumping in and making an impact

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
