  • Support manufacturing operations by maintaining a safe, accurate, and continuous flow of raw materials, chemicals, production supplies, and finished goods.
  • Prepare and handle chemical mixtures according to approved formulas, batch sheets, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through proper receiving, storage, material movement, and system transactions.
  • Ensure customer orders and production materials are prepared, staged, and delivered accurately and on time.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment while supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming raw materials, chemicals, and production supplies.
  • Pick, stage, and deliver materials according to production schedules and work orders.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and other approved equipment.
  • Properly identify, label, handle, and store materials in designated locations.
  • Measure, weigh, and mix chemicals and raw materials according to approved formulas and work instructions.
  • Handle industrial chemicals in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS), environmental requirements, and company procedures.
  • Wear required PPE, including a full-face respirator, gloves, and protective clothing, during chemical mixing operations.
  • Accurately record inventory transactions and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents.
  • Prepare, package, and load customer shipments to meet quality and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse and storage areas using 5S principles.
  • Follow all NOV HSE, quality, safety, and PPE requirements.
  • Report safety concerns, damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, and equipment issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of verifiable work history preferred.
  • Previous warehouse, material handling, manufacturing, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment preferred.
  • Ability to accurately follow formulas, batch sheets, and written work instructions.
  • Ability to safely handle industrial chemicals and wear required PPE, including a full-face respirator.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work overtime and varying shifts as required.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
  • Travel less than 10%.
