Industrial Painter - Aerospace

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Exceptional candidates with relevant experience may earn up to $22.00 per hour.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painters to join our client's team. This position is responsible for applying coatings to aerospace components while maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety.

• Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings according to specifications.
• Operate spray painting equipment and other related tools.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet aerospace standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
• Complete required documentation accurately.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Industrial painting experience required
• Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to pass a DOT-required urine drug screening (UA) prior to employment.

This is a temp-to-hire position with the opportunity to become a full-time employee and receive additional benefits upon permanent hire.
