Manufacturing Sewing Operator

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Operator to join a manufacturing team in Tupelo, MS. This position involves operating sewing equipment to assemble and finish products while maintaining quality and production standards.

IMPORTANT – SEWING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous sewing experience is REQUIRED for this position. Candidates must have hands-on experience using a sewing machine and be comfortable performing sewing work in a production or manufacturing environment.

Applicants without previous sewing experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to assemble and finish manufactured products.
  
• Follow patterns, work instructions, and production specifications.
  
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain consistent stitching and product quality.
  
• Perform repetitive sewing and assembly tasks while maintaining production goals.
  
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
  
• Work efficiently with other members of the production team.
  

Requirements

• MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SEWING EXPERIENCE.
  
• Experience operating a sewing machine in a manufacturing or production setting is preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
  
• Ability to follow instructions and production specifications.
  
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  

Schedule & Compensation

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  
• Monday – Friday
  
• 40 hours per week
  
• $15.00/hour
  
• Full-Time
