Construction Laborer

For more than 35 years, Housing Visions has been revitalizing neighborhoods through real estate development and community collaboration. As one of the largest nonprofit development, construction, and property management organizations in New York, we manage more than 2,000 residential units across the state.

Location would be at our Tupper Lake, NY construction site located at 116 Demars Blvd. This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 3:30pm. Pay Range is $20-$23/hr.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to support residential construction projects in Tupper Lake, NY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and wants to contribute to meaningful community development projects.

Upon completion of construction projects, this position may transition into a Maintenance Technician role within our Property Management team.
