Qualifications

• Understanding of EOBs, insurance payments, adjustments, and claim processing is a plus
• Experience in posting insurance payments and reconciling accounts is a plus
• Working knowledge of Dentrix is required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
• Professional communication and customer service skills
