● A genuine love for working with children.
● Previous early childhood education or childcare experience preferred.
● Strong communication, organization, and classroom leadership skills.
● Patience, creativity, dependability, and a positive attitude.
● Ability to meet Pennsylvania Lead Teacher qualification requirements.
● Required Pennsylvania childcare clearances and health documentation, as applicable.

● Lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support toddlers’ social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
● Implement curriculum through hands-on learning, play, music, movement, and exploration.
● Support language development, early problem-solving, and growing independence.
● Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
● Support routines, transitions, meals, diapering, and potty-training readiness.
● Observe children’s progress and build positive relationships with families.
● Collaborate with classroom team members to provide exceptional care and education.
● Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania childcare regulations and center policies.
Do You:
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
